RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support the on-going sales business development and support front line * Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies ,trade rules and regulatory requirements * Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk ,and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform- related issues and support ad-hoc projects * Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor degree or above * 3 years' experience in banking operations, private banking, wealth management, or platform support roles is preferred * Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills for supporting internal stakeholders * Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage maniple tasks * Proficiency in English/Chinese/Putonghua * Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create professional presentations
