As Platform Manager (Products and Services) at AAT, you will be the technical specialist overseeing our web platforms, content management systems, and third-party platforms that power our learning services and CPD offerings. While you won’t be directly involved in product development, you will provide crucial technical leadership to support Product Managers across the business. Alongside developing and maintaining the technical roadmap in partnership with Product Managers, ensuring that platform enhancements align with product goals and AAT’s 2030 strategy. Your role will focus on ensuring platform stability, performance, and seamless integration. You will manage the release lifecycle, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with test analysts to maintain quality standards. A significant part of your role involves vendor management, working with third-party platform providers to ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs. You will also be working closely with other platform managers, digital experience function and team of Test Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and contributing to the broader technology strategy at AAT.
