ABOUT THIS VACANCY

We are looking for a Platform Operations & Deployment Engineer to support ongoing operations and deployments of the Pega platform across multiple environments. The role involves close collaboration with business and development teams, focusing on platform health monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, and deployment automation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary contact for business teams to ensure stable and efficient use of the Pega platform.
• Monitoring the Pega Diagnostic Center and environment status; managing OS and database maintenance, including security patching.
• Coordinating and executing application deployments, hotfixes, and version upgrades in alignment with development teams.
• Ensuring full compliance with internal release management processes, maintaining tickets, documentation, and deployment pipelines.
• Utilizing Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and deployment automation.
• Managing VMs based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and ensuring overall system reliability.
