Role Mission: Platform Partnerships are a core growth engine for Tixel. This role is responsible for building and scaling partnerships with primary ticketing providers and other distribution platforms including marketing, fan engagement, CRM and event discovery platforms that bring supply, traffic and long-term value into the Tixel ecosystem. You will manage and grow existing partner relationships, help identify and progress new partnership opportunities, and ensure integrations and partnership launches translate into real commercial impact. Working closely with regional Commercial teams, Product and Engineering, you’ll help ensure platform partnerships are aligned to market priorities and global strategy. The Gig: Drive & Grow Strategic Platform Partnerships Build and manage partnership plans across primary ticketing providers and other strategic distribution platforms across the US and other core markets. Own ongoing strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders Define joint goals, success metrics and review cadence, ensuring partnerships consistently deliver commercial impact Identify underperformance and implement clear action plans to improve results Proactively surface new partnership opportunities across ticketing, marketing, fan engagement and discovery platforms Orchestrate Integration & Launch Success Oversee the rollout of partner integrations, ensuring clear scope, timelines and accountability across internal and external teams Work closely with Product and Integration teams to align commercial requirements with technical delivery Coordinate go-live readiness and ensure integrations translate into adoption, referrals and measurable outcomes Partner with Commercial teams to Drive Activation Operate as a shared growth engine with regional Commercial teams, aligning on pipeline prioritisation, launch strategy and partner activation Support joint enablement initiatives, including training, playbooks and activation workflows Maintain a strong feedback loop between partners, Commercial teams and internal teams to continuously improve performance Build Scalable Partnership Programs Design clear referral and activation motions that partner teams can easily follow Develop practical enablement resources that reduce friction and increase partner-led growth Use performance data and qualitative insights to iterate and refine partnership models over time What You Bring: Proven experience building and managing programmatic partnerships Comfortable designing systems, not just managing relationships Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships end-to-end - from onboarding and integration through to activation and performance optimization. Able to work cross-functionally and keep multiple stakeholders aligned. Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to define success metrics, identify growth levers, and translate partnerships into measurable revenue impact. Clear, confident communicator who can influence internal teams and external partners alike. Curious, adaptable and comfortable operating with autonomy while staying aligned to global strategy. Data-literate and outcomes-focused - able to interpret performance signals and continuously improve how partnerships operate.
