JOB DESCRIPTION: PLATFORM SOLUTIONS ANALYST I

SUMMARY

We are hiring a Platform Solutions Analyst I to support and maintain the internal systems, automations, and tools that drive our day-to-day operations. This is an entry-level, newly created role within the Technical Operations team, designed to strengthen the stability and scalability of the platforms our business depends on.
The Platform Solutions Analyst I will be responsible for a variety of duties, including, but not limited to; routine system upkeep, process documentation, technical onboarding functions, and ensuring internal platforms remain accurate, efficient, and well-supported. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys process, structure, and learning how systems work behind the scenes. The right candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, an out-of-the-box problem solver, and comfortable being the go-to person for maintaining technical operations.
