We’re looking for a Platform Specialist to join the GCR Industry team at Apple Ads Sales team. In this role, you’ll help developers grow through promotions and discovery across Apple Services. You’re a strong communicator, customer-focused, and driven to deliver results. You consistently exceed performance advertising goals in the mobile and app developer space, bringing client-facing expertise across app categories such as Business, Education, Entertainment, Finance, News & Publications, Photo & Video, Productivity & Utilities etc. Lastly, you must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex environment. This role reports to the Platform Specialist Manager, Apple Ads Industry. DESCRIPTION We are seeking a multifaceted and results-driven Platform Specialist to join our ad sales team. In this role, you will work closely with the Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team and you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, handling end-to-end account relationships while driving revenue growth through campaign optimization and outstanding client service. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Have account management experience, operations or other client facing sales and service functions ideally across both direct clients as well as agency clients. Good understanding of performance advertising, the mobile app market and a keen passion for the constantly evolving digital world. Excellent numeric and analytical skills are critical for this role. Fluency in English and native speaking in Mandarin are required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Great collaboration, prioritization and planning skills. Keen eye for details and trends, combined with the ability to react fast to ensure we deliver our clients the best in market service, whilst keeping a cool head under tight deadlines. Excellent communications skills, able to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally. Passionate about working across teams, driving a culture of collaboration and shared success. Extremely professional and positive attitude. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
