Job Description As a Platform Support Intern, you will be embedded on a team that provides 24/7 operations monitoring and support for ATPCO's Public and Private cloud products. The team manages the foundational platforms that our product teams utilize to build, deploy, and host scalable and reliable products. You will: Monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools, jobs, applications, and platforms Work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations The Ideal Candidate: Degree, or currently working towards a degree, in CS, IT, or similar Good understanding of operating systems Familiarity with SQL Knowledge of Java, C++, or similar programming languages Additional Information At ATPCO, we are deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Responsibilities
The intern will be embedded in a team providing 24/7 operations monitoring and support for ATPCO's Public and Private cloud products. This involves monitoring and responding to various alerts and events while working with providers to resolve operational issues.
