Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Platform Support Officer. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring, and support of our technology platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for platform-related issues, supporting internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure optimal platform performance and user experience. What You’ll Do: Monitor platform performance and system health on a daily basis. Provide first and second-level support for platform-related issues. Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot errors, and escalate complex issues to the technical team. Document, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems. Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to resolve recurring issues. Assist in testing platform updates, enhancements, and bug fixes before deployment. Prepare and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides. Support onboarding of new users onto the platform. Ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and security standards. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of web-based applications, APIs, and databases. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users. Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
