The Role

As the Platforms Development Team Lead, you'll lead the team of Full Stack Software Engineers responsible for designing and delivering the user-facing and backend systems that enable customers to access and operate on our platform.

You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, setting direction across the full technology stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and integrations, with a strong focus on identity, authentication, billing and secure platform access.

This is a high-impact role working closely with platform, infrastructure and security teams, and with senior engineering leadership, to deliver scalable, secure and reliable SaaS capabilities.

• This role is suited to an experienced engineer who has grown into technical leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to shape both the architecture and the people delivering cloud-native products at scale.
