Description

About the role…:
Due to the continued explosive growth of Cooper Parry, we are building out our Platforms Team - focused on identifying and leveraging best of breed platforms and automation to further enhance the experience of our clients and teams.
To aid us in this vision, we are looking for a Platform Manager to join the team who will drive continual business streamlining and efficiency using the latest emerging technology.
About the day to day…
A Platform Manager at CP will research, review and support with the implementation of platforms and automated systems to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. Once you have identified processes for optimization, you will design efficient workflows, whilst working with a variety of stakeholders and our tech team to ensure the projects run seamlessly.

You’ll get stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including (but not limited to);

  • Enhance platform functionality with new technologies
  • Create process maps and align solutions with wider business vision
  • Manage daily operations of digital platforms, monitor performance, and implement best practices
  • Provide guidance for platform-related issues
  • Support with the Request for Proposal process working closely with our Procurement Team to select suitable vendors
  • Manage relationships, contracts and oversee performance metrics with vendors
  • Evaluate team training gaps and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Risk and Compliance Team requirements
  • Track and report KPIs, providing leadership updates on performance trends
  • Use data insights to optimise platform and automation functionality

It’s important in this role that you stay informed on emerging tech, as you look to recommend and support with the implementation of system enhancements.
About you…:
At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.

In addition to those core values, as a Platforms Manager, you will have;

  • Experience in platform management, automation, and process optimisation
  • Knowledge of RPA, AI, and automation technologies
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in vendor management and compliance documentation

If you’re ready to be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration, apply now! Bring your expertise and help us continue to push the boundaries of accountancy and professional services.
About us…:
We’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’. We’re straight-talking. Never afraid to share our opinions. We put people and relationships before products and services, and deliver a streamlined, client-focused service – free from unnecessary red tape.
