SUMMARY:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Production department in the plating and tray set-up area - the stage after food preparation where meals are portioned and assembled for service. This involves working with salads, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, desserts, and other items that require cold storage to stay fresh. Tasks may include arranging airline trays with the correct items, slicing fruits and vegetables, and ensuring accurate, safe, and hygienic packaging.
Experience and knowledge in the food industry and food safety standards will be highly appreciated and prioritized. While you may not perform all responsibilities listed below, flexibility is essential as tasks change frequently.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• No prior experience required, but work in fast-paced environments and experience in the food industry and knowledge of food safety standards is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comfortable working in a cold environment (occasionally).
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Work quickly and safely with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in various areas of the department.
• Understanding of how your role impacts the workflow before and after your tasks.
• Ability to read and speak English or Danish.
• Must be a Danish or Swedish resident (mandatory).

WORKING HOURS & OTHER INFORMATION:

• Full-time position, hours depend on shift.
• Weekend work required.
• Must have work permission in Denmark and undergo security clearance.
• Location: Dragør, near Copenhagen Airport.

• Load carts and trolleys with platters, dishes, utensils, and containers.
• Collect serving trays and arrange plates following instructions and guidelines.
• Load trays into trolleys ensuring correct placement.
• Assist with setting up and packaging special meals and ingredients.
• Follow daily packaging schedules as assigned.
• Edit and organize production labels.
• Package and store food according to safety requirements and customer instructions.
• Tag racks, trays, and trolleys according to company standards.
• Properly label and return leftover ingredients and materials to storage.
• Follow all process control documentation.
• Retrieve trays and packaging materials from storage and staging areas.
• Record activities accurately and on time.
• Report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
• Ensure trolleys are identified, secured, and stored away from hazards.
• Follow all food safety, health, and company standards.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Perform other duties as needed.
