Description

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Plating (Bath) Operator, will work closely with both Single Layer (SL) and Multi-Layer (ML) engineers on experiments and evaluating chemical baths. On occasions they will support production operations. JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market. Maintain Plating Baths' PH balance Conducts chemical additions, make-up, and preparation of plating baths Set-up and conducts chemical tests and analyses of plating solutions Sanitize lab utensils and equipment Work with plating team in cleaning all plating tanks Ensure filtering systems are in good working condition daily Ensure plating parameters are within specifications Assist in troubleshooting of the plating process and equipment repair Will occasionally work in fast paced environment and demonstrate adaptability Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. Housekeeping chores will be performed as assigned. Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in other departments, when required. Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.
