Description

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished : 1. Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in all departments 2. Carry out all general maintenance work on all equipment, ie AHU, Chiller, motor, pump etc. 3. Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment 4. Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment. 5. Support plant operation to ensure power, water, aircon…operation normal 6. Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness in plant level. 7. Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost 8. Support Major Plant equipments reset and re-start up activity if breaking down. 9. Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plant facilities equipment for continuous operation which include fire safety system, ACMV system, electrical system, AV system and building with no disruption to production and support to plant production work request. 10. Continuous improvement work execution to facilities equipment. Requirements Above NTC grade 3 in Electrical or Mechanical More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience Able to work independently with minimum guidance. Able to communicate effective Willing to overtime when required Working hours: Shift work,2 shifts, 12 hours rotation (4 days work week)

The technician will organize maintenance schedules and perform general maintenance, installation, and modification work on various equipment including AHUs, chillers, motors, and pumps. Key duties also involve electrical troubleshooting, supporting plant operations for utilities, liaising with vendors, and managing spare parts procurement.
