Our client in the Mississauga area is looking for a Plating Technician to join their well-established Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support coating operations.
• Prepare components through cleaning, racking, and pre-treatment processes.
• Fabricate custom fixtures to handle precision and high-value manufactured parts.
• Apply specialized coatings, including Nickel PTFE, with a focus on consistency and quality.
• Inspect incoming parts to ensure they meet production and quality requirements.
• Perform surface activation on a variety of metals (e.g., aluminium, steel, copper alloys) in preparation for coating.
