We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Platinum Banker - Inbound to manage high-value transactions and ensure operational excellence at the branch. This role involves servicing walk-in customers, generating leads, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. The Authoriser will also act as a key custodian and play a pivotal role in maintaining service quality and team coordination.Service walk-in customers across all segments with professionalism and efficiency Generate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and Gold Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operations Coordinate and support branch audits Deliver service excellence to enhance customer retention and cross-sell opportunities Authorize and verify entries made by inputer Review end products and clear transactions of ₹10 lakhs and above Act as vault/key custodian and ensure secure handling of branch assetsMeticulousness, experience in managing high-value transactions, operational excellence, customer service, lead generation, cross-selling financial products, compliance adherence, understanding of regulatory requirements, understanding of audit requirements, custodianship, maintaining service quality, team coordination.
