Costa Navarino is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Play Area Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will help create a fun, safe, and engaging play environment for children and families, while introducing visitors to the brand and its products and encouraging creative play and interaction. Responsibilities Welcome children and families and help create a fun, safe, and memorable play experience during events or in-store activations. Introduce visitors to the brand and its products, encouraging creative play and engagement. Support children while they play, showing care, attention, and enthusiasm. Ensure the play area is clean, organized, and safe throughout the day. Set up play materials and displays before opening and pack them away after the event or shift. Monitor the number of children in the play area and follow safety guidelines and venue rules. Assist parents with product information when needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Represent the brand with a friendly and professional attitude. Follow all Health & Safety regulations, company policies, SOPs, and brand standards. Provide excellent customer service and support teamwork to create a positive guest experience. Demonstrate reliability, time management, and flexibility during busy periods.
