JOB PURPOSE:

The Indoor Play Area Assistant supports daily operations by supervising children during play, managing registrations and check-ins, assisting parents, and maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet families and manage registrations, check-ins, and ticketing efficiently.
• Provide clear information about play sessions, memberships, and offers.
• Supervise children in the play area to ensure safe and enjoyable play.
• Monitor equipment use, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly to incidents.
• Assist parents and caregivers with inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Help organize and support birthday parties, events, and group activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the play area, seating areas, and facilities.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Support the team in achieving smooth daily operations.
