• Supervise children’s play to ensure safety, appropriate behaviour, and rule enforcement.
• Provide friendly customer service to families, assisting with check-ins, queries, and birthday bookings.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the play area, equipment, and communal spaces.
• Support with food and drink service following hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and reporting any issues to supervisors.
