We are a leading premium kids’ play experience in Dubai, known for delivering unforgettable moments for children and their families. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Play Center Lead to oversee the daily operations of one of our branches. This is a hands-on leadership role that ensures our high standards are consistently met across play zones, café services, and customer touchpoints.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Serve as the main point of contact for families and guests, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable experience.
  • Proactively handle complaints, resolve issues on the spot, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements where needed.

EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate and take ownership of all in-branch events, activities, and play experiences.
  • Ensure every interaction — from playtime to café service — aligns with our premium brand standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or family entertainment settings, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable with sales tracking, POS systems, and inventory management.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and capable of multitasking in a high-energy, child-friendly environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during school breaks — our busiest times.
