ABOUT US:

We are a well-established Holiday Club offering a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children during school holidays. We’re now looking for an experienced, energetic, and caring Play Leader to join our team!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about childcare who thrives in a busy, creative, and child-focused setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (Required)
✅ Experience in childcare (Preferred)
✅ Strong safeguarding knowledge
✅ Confident leading activities and staff
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ English speaking
✅All successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

THE ROLE:

As a Play Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading engaging activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and guiding a team of play workers and volunteers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for children aged 3+
• Plan and lead fun, stimulating activities
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff and visitors
• Uphold all club policies, procedures and health & safety standards
• Attend relevant training sessions
