Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate birthday parties and special events, ensuring they run smoothly, and guests have a positive experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from parents and caregivers.
• Perform routine inspections of play equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting guests, managing admissions, and handling transactions.
• Support the implementation of activities and programs designed to enhance the play experience.

Qualifications:

• Preferred candidates will:
• Have good people skills.
• Be mature self-starters
• Have experience in customer service or and/or child care
• Be available EVENINGS and WEEKENDS.
