Spare us five minutes, and we'll tell you what you need to know…  A bit about the role In the role of Play Worker Spring Oscars, you'll be an effective member of the out of School Club team delivering a flexible, high quality, education and care centred service before and after school and during the holidays that meets the needs of children 4-11 years of age and their families and the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. In the role of Play Worker, you'll be:   * Promoting good childcare practice in a professional, inclusive, and flexible manner.  * Planning and taking part in play and leisure activities for children.  * Caring for and supervising our children, making sure that they are safe and happy.  * Thoroughly enjoying your role and making each day count for the children in our care.  What we need from you     In the role of Play Worker (Unqualified), we're ideally looking for someone who has:   * A real passion to work with children and make a difference.  * First Aid qualification or ability to achieve.  * Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or ability to achieve.  Why Spring Nurseries  Imagine a place where laughter echoes, imaginations run wild, and every day is new adventure.
