Description

PLAY BUDDY – CLOUD TWELVE, NOTTING HILL

Part time - can be full weekends or only Sundays
Cloud Twelve is a unique, high-profile wellness and lifestyle club located in the heart of Notting Hill. Spanning three beautifully designed floors, the club features an interactive play and learn zone for young families (The Kids Club), a holistic wellness clinic, indulgent spa, luxury salon, and a nutrition-focused brasserie.
While The Kids Club is a private members-only space for families with children aged 0–7, our wellness areas are open to non-members and cater exclusively to adults.
We pride ourselves on nurturing a supportive and inspiring team environment. Alongside a stunning work setting, we offer a generous benefits package including wellness perks, staff discounts, and an extra day off on your birthday.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Play Buddy to join our Kids Club team. This role involves designing and delivering engaging, educational and interactive classes for pre-school children, aligned with Cloud Twelve’s holistic and child-centred approach.
You will be responsible for fostering a fun, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn and grow through play and structured activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver a varied programme of educational and creative classes (e.g., music, cooking, arts & crafts).
  • Incorporate immersive, child-led and wellness-focused elements into class plans.
  • Engage children in both structured sessions and open play, ensuring all activities are age-appropriate and inclusive.
  • Support the development and evolution of the curriculum.
  • Proactively encourage participation from children and carers.
  • Coordinate internal and external events for members.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, presentation and child engagement throughout the day.
  • Consistently achieve positive feedback from families and help drive Kids Club attendance.
