Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. * Minimum of 2 years experience in casino host, player development, or customer service roles within the gaming industry. * Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and player rating systems. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
