Description Providing highly efficient and superior customer service, the golf operations attendants are responsible for maintaining a functional course through greeting and assisting guests, cleaning golf carts, and other appointed tasks. Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist and tend to golf guests and members Work with team members in the preparation and execution of golf tournament operations and junior golf programs Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts Provide member service to the bag room by assisting guests with their golf bags, organizing and cleaning golf clubs, etc. Fulltime Employee Benefits: Competitive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) participation Two weeks of paid vacation Employer-paid meals BACKGROUND The Baton Rouge Country Club is a private social club designed to provide its members, their families, and guests an exceptional country club experience. Responsibilities
The golf operations attendant is responsible for providing superior customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their needs. They also maintain the functionality of the course through cart cleaning, club organization, and supporting tournament operations.
