Description Player's Club / Rewards Attendant – Wendover The Player's Club/Rewards Attendant provides quality customer service to our guests and has knowledge of all Promotions and events happening at our properties. Pay rate $15.00 / hour Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Predominately assigned to work in the booth. · Sign up new guests in the Player’s Club. · Assist in slot Tournaments and other promotions. · Knowledge of all active promotions. · Print cards. · Keep booth clean and tidy at all times. · Maintain customer and business confidentiality. · Perform related and/or other duties as required. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding. Able to always handle pressured situations. Must be able to see and read text on a standard computer monitor. WORKING CONDITIONS: This position works varied shifts, including weekend and holidays. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
