The Player’s Club/Rewards Attendant provides quality customer service to our guests and has knowledge of all Promotions and events happening at our properties.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
  • Able to always handle pressured situations.
  • Must be able to see and read text on a standard computer monitor

Responsibilities
  • Predominately assigned to work in the booth.
  • Sign up new guests in the Player’s Club.
  • Assist in slot Tournaments and other promotions.
  • Knowledge of all active promotions.
  • Print cards.
  • Keep booth clean and tidy at all times.
  • Maintain customer and business confidentiality.
  • Perform related and/or other duties as required.
