As a Player Services Supervisor, you will support player services initiatives by completing all necessary accountability and compliance duties to ensure effective service coordination with a friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.
  • Must know and comply with the requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions.
  • High-level public relations and customer service skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills required.
  • Must have professional experience and be a team player.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of casino player services or credit experience.
  • Must have previous cash handling experience.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be knowledgeable with casino computer systems.
  • High-level public relations and customer service skills are required.
  • Must have a working knowledge of slot machines.
  • Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and talk.
  • Must be able to frequently lift and handle up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, reach and turn/twist for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to solve problems, organize and plan multiple projects, interpret data, and make decisions.

  • Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission.
