Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Player Support Specialist dedicated to supporting Riot Games accounts, fluent in both Polish and English, based in the beautiful city of Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for gaming enthusiasts who are passionate about providing top-tier support and ensuring players have the best possible experience. You will be the frontline support for Polish-speaking players, helping them navigate their gaming queries effectively. Key Responsibilities Offer high-quality player support in both Polish and English via various communication channels. Assist players with inquiries related to their Riot Games accounts, game features, and technical issues. Resolve player concerns promptly and effectively to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty. Document player interactions thoroughly for ongoing service improvement. Collaborate with development and community management teams to communicate player feedback and insights. Stay updated on game developments, features, and player support best practices. Fluency in both Polish and English (oral and written) is essential. Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the gaming industry, is preferred. A strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games titles is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries effectively and efficiently. Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a supportive relocation process in place.
