Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opening for a Player Support Specialist who is fluent in both Polish and English, with a paid relocation to the vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about gaming and dedicated to providing exceptional support to players. You will be responsible for assisting players with their inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable gaming experience. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding player support in Polish through email. Assist players with questions related to game features, technical issues, and account management. Resolve player concerns efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction and retention. Document player interactions and provide feedback to improve support services. Collaborate with development and community management teams to share player insights. Stay informed of game updates, features, and industry best practices in player support. Fluency in both Polish and English (oral and written) is required. Experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred. Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with popular games is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to players. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries efficiently. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with accommodation and relocation support provided.
