Job Description Organize, lead and promote interest in kid’s activities and facilities to guests Identify opportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering to meet and exceed client expectations Ensure all dealings with Kids, Playground, Tennis court and Fitness areas to meet or exceed the resort operating standards Ensure all vicinity areas are kept clean and well maintained at all times Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the resort standards Qualifications Secondary/Highschool Graduate or completed GCE O’ Levels Additional certification(s) in Hospitality will be an advantage Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or hospitality industry Good oral proficiency in English language Prior experience in the Maldives and the ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be advantageous Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
