TouchWood Play is a leading designer and builder of bespoke, sustainable playgrounds that inspire imagination and connection with nature. We’re growing and looking for a proactive, people-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends creativity and sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients – visiting sites, understanding their vision, and working with our in-house design team to create playgrounds that bring it to life.
While you’ll work with clients across a wide range of sectors, your primary focus would be on the education sector. As such, we’re especially keen to hear from candidates who have experience selling to schools or who come from an education background themselves. This role would be an ideal step for someone like a teacher looking to move into a new sector while still making an impact on children’s development and play.
TouchWood Play operates both in the UK and internationally, with substantial ongoing projects in France, Ireland, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit client sites across the UK to take detailed briefs, photographs, videos, and accurate measurements
Collaborate with our talented design team to ensure proposals meet client expectations and site conditions
Work alongside our Business Development and Marketing teams to generate and follow up on new leads
Prospect via LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify and engage potential clients
Qualify inbound enquiries through initial calls, helping move leads into live projects
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and opportunities using our CRM system (HubSpot)
Support proposal creation and deliver presentations – both in person and online – that communicate the value of our unique designs
Attend and represent TouchWood Play at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions – both in the UK and occasionally abroad
