PLAYROOM HOST

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, weekends on a rotation. Typically, a shift of 2:30pm - 9:30pm, with some daytime hours across weekends and school holidays of 8:30am – 4:30pm

Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Playroom Host to join our AWESOME Commercial Team!
As a Hotel Playroom Host you will be based in our fully immersive LEGOLAND Playroom within the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel! You will be responsible for delivering awesome guided LEGO builds and exclusive birthday parties. You will keep the room to a high standard of cleanliness and engage through LEGO with our Hotel guests.
Some of the daily activities that our playroom hosts will undertake include but are not limited to: interacting with our guests in an engaging a fun way, always seeking new ways to surprise and delight them! Maintaining a high standard of interaction, cleanliness and health & safety within the playroom, deliver guided LEGO builds using overhead cameras, provide feedback and suggestions to the management team regarding the room activities and how we can continue to adapt and elevate the offering.
As part of this team, you will also work with our VIP birthday parties’ team to deliver parties including the games and activities as well as serving food and drink to our excited LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel guests!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in children’s entertainment or children’s birthday parties
• Experience performing or presenting to audiences
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary
• Comfortable and confident with lone working while in the presence of our Hotel Guests
• Applicants must agree to a mandatory DBS check

ABOUT THE LEGOLAND® WINDSOR RESORT

We are looking for a Playroom Host to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
