JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playwork Assistant to join our Out of Schools team Monday-Friday from the end of the school day until 6pm. The suitable candidate will help with the daily routine within our club, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all children. This position requires effective communication abilities and a passion for early childhood play.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience within a childcare or nursery setting is desired
  • Qualifications in level 2 childcare is desired
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with children, demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
