Job Description Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automation scripts using Playwright(Coded UI) · Create and execute test cases to validate Microsoft D365 functionality and integration points. · Clearly communicating test automation goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders. · Ability to articulate a clear vision for the test automation strategy and align it with the overall business goals. · Collaborate with development, customer and QA teams to understand product requirements and identify automation needs. · Collaborate with development, customer, QA and business teams to identify and resolve issues with an emphasis on early detection. · Create and execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects. · Develop and maintain test data and environment setups. · Optimize test scripts for performance and maintainability. · Tracking and reporting on key test automation metrics to measure effectiveness. · Generate comprehensive test reports and documentation for project stakeholders highlighting the impact of automation on product quality. · Stay updated with the latest Playwright features and best practices. · Contribute to the development of automation frameworks and methodologies. · Building and motivating a high-performing test automation team. · Proactive identification and mitigation of risks associated with test automation implementation. · Overseeing the development of well-structured and efficient test scripts. · Ensuring the availability and quality of test data for automation testing. Nice to Have: · Fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation to enhance test automation capabilities. · Researching and evaluating new test automation tools and technologies. · Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster feedback loops Qualifications · Proven experience as a Playwright Expert (2+) with a strong focus on automation. · In-depth knowledge of Playwright framework and its capabilities. · Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript or TypeScript. · Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and principles. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Good communication and documentation skills. · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. · Excellent understanding of Microsoft D365 CRM modules and integration points. · Proficient in Azure DevOps, Dynamics CRM including automation frameworks. Preferred Skills · Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration. · Knowledge of other testing frameworks (Playwright). · Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure).
