You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications through robust test automation frameworks, integration into CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities: Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (or Python) and writing modular, maintainable test scripts. Strong understanding of Playwright features such as: Network mocking & request interception Cross-browser testing Auto-waiting and smart selectors Tracing, screenshots, and debugging tools Experience integrating Playwright tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs). Familiarity with version control (Git) and test management tools (Jira, TestRail). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other automation tools like Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, or TestCafe. Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright API automation. Familiarity with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, k6). Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for test execution and environment management. Working knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber) and test data management. ISTQB or other QA/testing certifications.
