Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics, to diverse technical audiences.
• Design and implement hands-on lab exercises and simulations that mirror real-world industrial scenarios, ensuring practical skill development.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, practical tests, and feedback sessions, providing constructive guidance for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in industrial automation and control systems, continuously updating curriculum and training materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation , Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation training, including PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA systems.
