PLC PROGRAMMING & DEVELOPMENT

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
• Configure and test HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems
• Develop and optimize control logic for industrial automation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and control system issues
• Perform system testing, debugging, and commissioning
• Provide technical support and ensure minimal downtime
• Automation & Process Optimization
• Enhance production efficiency through automation solutions
• Implement process improvements and optimize system performance
• Integrate IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies for smart automation
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and program backups
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations
• Train operators and maintenance staff on automation systems
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience :
• 3+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation
• Hands-on experience with ABB, Honeywell, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram (FBD)
• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA programming (Supervisor, Niagara, Panel Builder, WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, etc.)
• Experience in VFDs, sensors, industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, MODBUS, PROFIBUS)
• Understanding of robotics, IoT, and Industry 4.0 integration (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and project management skills
