Position Title: Millwright
Supervised By: Millwright Supervisor
Benefits: Full, eligible
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
Physical Requirements: Consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.; prolonged periods of standing, stretching, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
This position will require the individual to be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of package handling facilities with a primary focus on conveyor systems. This is a full-time position with daily travel and the occasional overnight stay. We provide company vehicles for daily travel that are fully stocked with tools and hardware. You will regularly be working in a 2-hour radius of our base facility while being compensated for the time of arrival to our facility and return. This individual will be paid overtime after 8 hours in a day rather than after 40 hours in week. Normal times are 8:00am-4:30pm but will vary based on the duties for that day. Dynamic Fusion is a company that offers 24-hour assistance. This would require the individual to be on-call on a rotating schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Welding MIG and Stick (preferred)
  • Able to read measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, square, etc.)
  • Written and verbal communication
