Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design PLC/ESD hardware and software
• Testing of PLC/ESD systems
• Commissioning and site activities including Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT
• Work on industrial automation projects
• Apply knowledge of Functional Safety, IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards
• Operate and program PLC/Control Systems such as Yokogawa ProSafe-RS, Triconex, Honeywell, Allen-Bradley, ABB or similar
• Program using IEC 61131-3 languages – Ladder Logic, FBD, and ST
• Conduct basic electronics tasks including circuit theory, voltage, current, and resistance measurements
• Use industrial communication protocols like Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC
• Prepare Nest Loading, FDS, System Architecture and related engineering documents
• Perform site commissioning as required
• Adapt to work onsite and in office based on project requirements
• Meet demanding project schedules and requirements
