We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager – Infrastructure & Microtunnelling to lead the planning and execution of complex underground utility and tunnelling projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of trenchless technology (especially microtunnelling), civil works, and infrastructure delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure with at least 4 years in microtunnelling/trenchless technology.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving microtunnelling (MTBM), pipe jacking, and deep shaft construction.
• Familiar with UAE/GCC authority procedures and project delivery requirements.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks is preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the full project lifecycle—from tender handover through design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Manage the execution of microtunnelling and associated civil infrastructure works (e.g., shaft construction, pipe jacking, utilities relocation).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (e.g., RTA, DEWA, DM, Etihad Water).
• Oversee technical aspects, risk assessments, method statements, and QA/QC procedures for trenchless works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage variations, claims, and contractual issues.
• Supervise multidisciplinary site teams including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage site logistics in tight urban environments.
