Responsibilities

OUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced PLM & Product Data Specialist to join our R&D team. In this role, you will act as a key user for our Product Lifecycle Management tools, Windchill and FlexPLM, ensuring product data accuracy and supporting change processes throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing product structures, driving change workflows, and enabling collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
This is a hands-on role combining PLM system expertise, product data governance, and change management responsibilities.

This position is based either in Espoo or Billnäs factory, Finland and reports to our Senior Manager, R&D. The role is full-time and is hybrid.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key user and subject matter expert for Windchill and FlexPLM, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent product data across the PLM and PDM systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as Change Analyst, managing and driving engineering change workflows and approvals.
  • Create and maintain product structures and associated documentation from concept through end-of-life.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth product data handover and alignment across functions.
  • Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for PLM processes, workflows, and system usage.
