Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python. Develop and customize solutions within Product Lifecycle Management. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Integrate PLM systems with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise platforms. Develop automation scripts and data migration utilities. Optimize system performance and ensure high availability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and DevOps principles. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience :8-10 years Mandatory/requires Skills : Technical Skills 8–10 years of experience in Python development. Strong expertise in: Python REST API development SQL & NoSQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems (Contact PLM preferred). Experience in system integrations (ERP, CAD systems). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Experience with version control (Git). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or product engineering domains Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of security best practices in enterprise applications Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives Team mentoring and leadership capabilities.
