Location: Laval, QC - Hybrid
Contract Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Pay: CA$50.00-CA$60.00 per hour
Job Title: PLM Systems Support & Deployment Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW

The PLM Systems Support & Deployment Analyst is a key role designed to bridge the gap between technical teams and frontline support. By proactively addressing recurring issues, leading structured testing, and delivering effective training, this role reduces helpdesk ticket volume and ensures smoother tool deployments. The Analyst will strengthen the feedback loop between users, support, and developers—resulting in more efficient processes, improved system usability, and higher user satisfaction.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience in PLM systems support, testing, or deployment will be considered.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter).
  • Background in software deployment, application packaging, or PLM tool administration.
  • Proven expertise in test planning, UAT, and defect management.
  • Familiarity with configuration/document management workflows in aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industries (preferred).
  • Experience with eLearning platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to ITIL/service management practices.

    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
