Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance. Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth. Pursue certifications if needed – we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. Own your route and represent C & C Myers with professionalism. What You Need: 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience. Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged. Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
