Collaborate daily with the Plumbing Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Management. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication. Utilize an iPad for scheduling, reporting, and job documentation. Plumbing Supervisor that primarily supports plumbing technicians. This is a field-based position and can be a revenue-generating role. What You Need: Minimum 2 years as a Field Supervisor in the plumbing service industry. Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. Effective leadership and communication skills. Ability to meet all minimum hiring standards. Plumbing and septic licenses/certifications are a plus.
