As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will be part of a dynamic team of solicitors, legal executives, and conveyancers who handle over 5,000 transactions annually. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of plot sales and residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include:

• Issuing and preparing contract packs
• Handling enquiries, exchanges and completions
• Processing part exchange purchases/resales, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
• Supporting developers, investors and private clients across a wide range of transactions

There will also be opportunities to get involved in site set-up work and more complex matters, such as easements, covenants, substation transfers, infrastructure agreements and apartment block sales.
