Are you an experienced conveyancer that specialises in plot sales? We have an exciting opportunity to work in a nationally recognised plot sales team with a client base that includes some of the UK’s largest developers.

As a Plot Sales Conveyancer you’ll work on a varied portfolio for well-known, national developers including:

• Handing a caseload of new-build plot sales for a variety of regional and national housebuilders and residential developers.
• Handling part-exchange transactions for developers buying and selling part-exchange properties.
• Dealing with transactions for housing associations, legal charges, and all ancillary matters.
• General support on appropriate matters for the Real Estate department.
