Job Description Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Planning & Organizing: Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction. Operations: Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for major Preventive Maintenance repairs or service works Be willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing along knowledge and skills. Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team. Complete the daily checklists as required. Executes all plumbing and associated works to the highest professional standards Performs the assigned tasks ensuring their implementation while working independently. Acts on issues and concerns in the plumbing field immediately. Control the stock and other items in his workshop and order more as required. To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety. Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times Be aware of the a la carte services available to residents and skillfully up sell them as a preferred supplier Attend departmental briefings Work with PPR plumbing Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of the hotel. Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Administration: Perform as per OSM Standards, and in line with the Company’s Values and Core Behaviour. To attend training classes as per schedule.
