As a key member of our facilities maintenance department, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems throughout our properties. Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing fixtures and systems, including sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and water conditioners Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plumbing equipment, including water supply systems, sewer pumps, and drainage networks Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning fat traps, soil pipes, and roof-level ventilation and rainwater outlets Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring proper positioning and functionality Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs Adhere to all safety rules, local building codes, and regulations while performing job duties Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and effectively Provide excellent customer service when interacting with property occupants or clients Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and best practices Qualifications Vocational certificate or diploma in plumbing or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional plumber Valid plumbing license (if required in Dubai) In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting building plans and technical specifications Strong skills in plumbing, pipe fitting, water heater installation, and boiler maintenance Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations in Dubai Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces Strong communication skills with fluency in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and adherence to best practices in plumbing Proficiency in using various plumbing tools and equipment Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes Flexibility to work on call or during non-standard hours when necessary Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted Accor rates worldwide Learning programs through our academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world
